AEMMXII Architects is a full service Architecture/ Urban Designing firm with highly qualified and experienced architects, engineers, interior and Contractors and also energy and environment specialists. At AEMMXII Architects, the principal has experience of more than 15 years in a variety of simple and complex projects and use categories. At AEMMXII Architects, most senior personnel are professionals and practice developing creative, cost effective and environmental friendly projects. We have a diverse portfolio.
The firm was initially established by Nilesh Desai in Thane in 2012. Since then AEMMXII Architects is growing remarkably. Mr. Nilesh Desai after working in US for 14 years with renowned international firm like HOK has recently founded AEMMXII + Architects, Thane. He is Senior Designer and is working on several projects that are in process of getting LEED certification. With our engineering strength we are engaging in construction practices beyond Residential Interiors into Commercial Interiors. Owner’s Representative, Project Management Consultancy, Design Auditing, Facility Management are some of those areas we are already working on.
We are working on a turn-key project of 11,500 s.f. Residential Bungalow in Vangani. AEMMXII Architects has all above uniqueness of being a global practice operating from emerging city of Thane.
