Nilesh Desai leads the firm in Design, Project Coordination, Quality Control. He brings in his experience in handling High-end Residential buildings, Commercial Interiors, Town-houses, Health-care, Restaurants, Restoration & Institutional projects. He worked with large-size firms like HOK (Hellmuth,Obata + Kassabaum) on large scale fast-track projects.

• Worked on Residential 20 storey, 25 storey Residential Building projects in Panchapakhadi, Thane, India. Currently Under Design Phase.
• Worked on International Rock-climbing Facility project in Kopari, Thane, India. Currently Under Design Phase.
• Worked on 18 storey Low-Income group Central Government project called BSUP(Basic Services for Urban Poor) which is first LEED certified low-income residential project in Thane.
• Worked on Public Open Auditorium in Panchapakhadi, Thane. Currently under construction.
• Worked on 10,000 sf. Bungalow which is first ever single family LEED certified Bungalow in Thane district.
